Order Information

To place an order we need the following information.

Name
Address, City, State, and Zip Code
Phone number
Shipping Address, City, State, and Zip Code (if different from the above)
List each item that you want to purchase.

E-mail the above information to info@willowworks.com.

Payment Information

A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required on each piece of furniture at the time of the order.  The balance is due and payable prior to shipping.  We are happy to accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Personal Checks.  Personal Checks held for 10 days to clear.

Please note - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Information

In order to secure estimates for shipping, we need to know which pieces you are interested in, the city, state and zip code of the address you want the furniture delivered to.  With this information we can determine the weight and distance.   Items shipped to Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma will be sent via Tex Pack and all other states via Roadway Express.  We will request a quote from the freight company and forward that information to you as soon as possible.
